WHAT TYPE OF LEADER ARE YOU?
Don't worry, I'll make it really easy to pick. There's only two types of leader:
1) Good Ones
2) Bad Ones.
The great leaders of history have always led by example... by inspiration...
It's only the mediocre leaders in history, or in even in our industry, who think it's their responsibility to "spur" their followers up the mountain of success...
They try beat them with a verbal stick and when that doesn't work...
They drag them on a leash up the mountain of success...
(Sometimes they even do the work for them!)
Well, I hate to "break it" to anybody trying to build a business like that but you're working WAY TOO HARD.
Why waste your valuable time trying to "force" anybody to do anything that they don't want to do for themselves...
When you can move on, and find somebody who is thirsty for success?
"You can have everything in life you want if you will just help enough other people get what they want."
Awesome! Most of the people have this dictatorial leadership and believe that they need to be authoritative for their followers to follow them. A great leader is communicates to people their worth and potential so clearly that they are inspired to see it in themselves. Great post! =D

ReplyDeleteA leader helps to inspire others by having a confident vision about the future plans of the organization. If the leader constantly shows fear about a plan not working, then their followers will surely lose their steam. So use your critical thinking skills in order to make a practical, attainable goal. Believe in your goal and portray that belief to your followers.
